The Last Question . . .

As you might have guessed, in addition to being a music fanatic, I am also a pretty big nerd(I have a degree in Physics if that says anything). And in being a part of nerd-dom, I dabble in the occasional science-fiction literature and I've gotta say Issac Asimov's immortal short story "The Last Question" has to be the best piece I've ever read, and in reading it for about the fiftieth time I present it to you now: It puts our existence and future as a race in pretty good perspective.
