I'm aware that to any fan of the genre AP is old news and so is this album. But i never heard them until I picked this up about a month ago and i seriously can't stop listening to it. This is the absolute perfect balance between technicality and full retard slam. No matter how generic a few of the breakdowns are, the somewhat intricate segues into them are so cool you can't help but enjoy them. From tremolo picked to stuttering Meshuggah type riffs to noodly Dying Fetus style runs they keep things interesting while always slamming your balls into the ground. Catchy and memorable, even with my limited knowledge of slam this has gotta be one of the best of the year.
